This policy applies solely to personal data collected through the investor interest form on this page. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights under applicable data protection law.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Keeping you informed about Azeea's development
We use your name and email address to send occasional updates about the company's progress and any future opportunities to engage with us. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
Investor relationship management
We use the profile information you provide (background, organisation, category) to assess relevance and context before reaching out, so that any communication we initiate is proportionate and appropriate. This falls within the same consent-based processing described above.
Compliance and record-keeping
We retain a record of the consents you gave, including the form submission timestamp, to demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. What we do not do
We do not use this form to make any offer of securities. No offer of securities is being made through this page or through any subsequent communication initiated from this form.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Who we share data with
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: We may use trusted third-party services to store or manage contact data (for example, a CRM or email platform) acting as data processors on our behalf and under contractual obligations consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Any third-party processors we engage are subject to written data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for purposes other than those specified by us.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
If your data is transferred to or stored by a service provider located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or that the recipient country has been deemed adequate by the European Commission.
7. Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your consent remains in force and our interest in maintaining investor contact records is active, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier.
Consent records (the fact that you gave consent, on what date, and for what purpose) are retained for a period of five years following the withdrawal or expiry of consent, in order to satisfy our compliance obligations.
We review our contact lists periodically and remove records that are no longer relevant to our activity.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable Swedish law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: You may ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason for us to continue holding it.
Right to restriction: You may ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability: You may request that we provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests (if any are engaged).

10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to contact data is restricted to persons within Azeea who have a legitimate need to process it in connection with investor relations.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, including by updating the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
